We love our leader, and we love the occasions when he makes an epic smackdown on some troll in the forums, or a drama-lama or obsessed fan in the comments section. However, we have not seen nearly enough macros glorifying the mighty Banhammer of Buzznet.

Hence, we hereby announce the PanasonicYouth Macro Contest!

WINNERS:

The winning macro will be used as the new group icon for the Panasonic Youth Brigade. Honorary mentions will be featured in the winner's announcement.

Plus, Buzznet is donating a few things in this photo... 

(Note: Nom-nom is not included!)

RULES: 

1) You must have created this macro. Do not post macros created by other people.

2) Please ask permission before using another user's photographs of Mark in your macro.

3) Macros should have themes related to Mark's presence on Buzznet.

4) Macros must be Safe for Work. (Do we even need to say this? :)

5) The winning entry will be determined by originality, creativity and humor. The amount of Buzz it receives will be taken into consideration by the judges, however, buzz will not be the sole deciding factor. Honorary mentions may be suggested by voters based on the themes reflected in the macro (ie, "Banhammer", "Zombie Apocalypse" etc.)... Please make those suggestions IN THIS JOURNAL'S COMMENTS.

6) Spamming or soliciting other Buzznet users to buzz your entry will result in immediate disqualification. You may only spam yourself for Buzz.

Q: Where can I find photos of Mark that I can use in my macro?

A: There're a good number of photos of Mark on Buzznet. You can search for anything tagged "PanasonicYouth" to find them, or look in the photo collections on the Panasonic Youth Brigade group.

Q: I have photos of Mark and would like to let people know they can use them for their macros, how do I do that?

A: Post a link to your photo(s) in the comments of this journal and I'll add a list of links here. (AND THANKS!)

Q: Can I swipe photos of Mark off Mark's page or take a freeze frame of his video blogs without asking him first? (because that sort of ruins the element of surprise)

A: I have not seen Mark object to people who have done so in the past. (ahem, like me O-:-) ) That's all I can really say about it.

Q: I suck at Photoshop, may I draw my entry by hand?

A: HELL YES!
