I think all of the above. But I personally wouldn't mind if someone reposted my stuff, but ONLY if they linked it back to me.

If they asked you for permission, you could tell them that, otherwise (unless you put it in your photo's description, had a CC license under it etc.) they'd have no way of knowing you don't mind.

That is a very good point.

This made me realize that I didn't ask your permission for my default photo.

defenetly all of them...conclusion: do as I do, if u like the pic save it in ur computer and see it whenever u want and don`t turn into a cirminal.

Totally... it's not like I don't save photos I've found on the internet... I have 3 or 4 cds I burned of AFI photos alone!

Ah ha, I asked for permission for a picture that I used for about a week, then forgot to ask for the picture I'm using now.
I think they're all bad, but I'm especially creeped out when people upload musician's family photos or shots of their kids. Someone on Buzznet even posted an ultrasound of someone's pregnancy once (It may have been Gerard & Lyn-Z's, I don't remember, Buzznet deleted it). Very creepy/stalkery.

Why would you get upset over those things? I don't own anyone but myself so why act like the pics of others are really mine instead of theirs? I wonder how celebs feel about getting pics taken so much and being all over the internet. If we are realistic the internet is nothing but sharing stuff, so feel good ppl like your shots and want to use them. If not go paparazzi and start selling them instead.

Because morally and *legally*, things you create ARE owned by you. It doesn't matter if it's a photo or a painting or a book or a song. If you take a photo of a tree, are you saying the tree would own the photo?

I think stores are just about people sharing stuff. So I'm going to walk into one and just take whatever I want. They should just be happy I want to use their product.

Should celebs feel good people want to "share" THEIR personal photos of their families and kids all over the internet?
